Is this a positive sign and when can I expect my decision?

Same is with me as my file lodged on 19 April and biometric updated on same 25 and medical updated on 4 may and they requested me the LOA again on 3 and on 4 may it was uploaded and now status is reviewing your eligibility no response yet after that still the file is in progress

No that's not reverted it's just showing the we are reviewing your eligibility
